Description:

Single effect or multi effect falling film evaporator is widely used in the concentration of food, beverage, chemical, environmental protection, pharmaceutical and other aqueous solutions. And can be widely used in related industries waste liquid treatment.

The equipment is operated continuously under vacuum and low temperature. It has high evaporation capacity, energy saving and low running cost.

It can maintain the original color, aroma, taste and composition of the treated material. In food,glucose, starch, chemical industry, xylose, citric acid, ammonium sulfate, medicine, food processing, beverage, light industry, environmental protection, chemical industry and many other industries have been widely used.

Features at a glance:

It contains of single-effect, dual-effect and triple-effect evaporators, single-effect, dual-effect and triple-effect separators,preheater, condenser and hot pressure pump.

(A) Low evaporation consumption, 1Kg steam can evaporate 3.5Kg water.

(B) Low evaporation temperature. Part of twice steam can be inhaled into single-effect heater through spray type hot pressure pump. The high quality evaporation can be fully used and the evaporation temperature is low.

(C) Large concentration ratio with downward film type evaporation, which can make material liquid with viscosity be so easy to flow and evaporate, Hard to agglomerate with short concentration time. The concentration ratio can reach 1:5.

(D) The equipment can realize automatic production, intellectual system, which is conformity with GMP standard.

System composition:

The effect of heating evaporator, condenser, separator, the effect of heat pumps, sterilizer, pipe insulation, vacuum system, the effect of feed pump and condensing water pump, operating platform, electrical instrumentation control cabinet and the valve and pipe system.
