This equipment is applied to chemical engineering,food,pharmaceutical,environment protection and wastewater recycle field for evaporation and concentration of materials with characteristics of fouling,crystalline,heat sensitive(1ow temperature) ,high viscosity and which contain insoluble solids.

Features:

1.Mainly applicable to the materials with character of easy fouling,crystallized,viscosity increased during evaporation and contenting insoluble solids etc.
2.Under enforced circulating the heated feed material flow fast in the tube,evenly heated with high heat conductive efficiency,can avoid dry wall during evaporation.

3.Feed material flow into the heater through enforced circulation pump and heated rapidly,then tangential into evaporation separator from top,can achieve good vapor-liquid separation effect.

4.Vacuum evaporated in low temperature, with continuous inlet and outlet of material,the evaporation time is very short which especially applicable for the heat sensitive products.
5.Equipment has tight construction,small space occupation,Fluent layout,convenient operation and stable performance.
6.Can equip with automatic system,automatic control feed material capacity,heat temperature and discharge viscosity and cleaning.Can equip with protection facilities in case of suddenly blackout,break down which will cause trouble with heat sensitive products,other safeties,alarm facilities can achieve automatic operate and control.
