Application:

Working principle:

The material liquid to be concentrated enters the heater from the top. Under the action of the material liquid distributor, it evenly enters the heating pipe. The material flows naturally downwards along the inner wall of the tube due to the rapid flow of secondary steam and its own gravity. And, continually evaporate and concentrate under heat. The concentrated feed liquid and the secondary steam enter the separator for separation, the secondary steam is discharged from the top of the separator, and the concentrated liquid is discharged from the bottom. A key factor that works well with a falling film concentrator is that the material is evenly dispersed on the heated surface. In order to make the material liquid evenly distributed on each heating tube and flow down along its inner wall, a falling film distributor is installed on the top of the heating tube or in the tube.
